Apartment viewing report
You found an apartment online and cannot see it in person. A local helper visits that one apartment and sends you a written report with photos or video, so you know what it is like before you pay a deposit.

Typical fee: from VND 1,000,000 per apartment. The price is quoted before any work starts.
What it is — and is not
An inspection report on one apartment you have already found. It covers:
- Water pressure and noise
- An internet speed test
- Meter readings
- The answers the landlord gives on the deposit and on residence registration
- Photos or video from the visit
It is not:
- More than an inspection report.
- A property search. We do not find, recommend or introduce properties.
- Funded by landlords or agents. We take no money from landlords or agents.
- A deposit or rent holder. We never hold a deposit or rent.
- A real-estate agent or broker.
How it works
- Send the link to the listing, the address or area, and the dates you prefer.
- Within 2 working days you get a reply: whether the visit can be taken on, and a fixed price.
- Only if you agree to that price is the visit arranged. Nothing is charged before that.
- You get a written report in English with photos or video.
Your information
The listing link, your questions and the photos and notes from the visit are used only to prepare your report, and are not shared with anyone. See the privacy page.
Limits
- One apartment per report.
- The report records what was seen and said on the day. It is not a survey, a legal opinion or a guarantee about the apartment or the landlord.
- Contracts and deposits are between you and the landlord. Read the contract yourself or ask a licensed professional before you sign or pay.
