What it is — and is not
An orientation call. It includes:
- A 45-minute video call; you send up to 5 questions beforehand
- Afterwards, a written answer sheet with links to the official sources and the guides on Saigon Help
- Who to ask, where to go and which papers to bring for the things you listed
It is not:
- Visa, tax, legal, medical or financial advice. The call points you to the right office or professional.
- A filing service. Nothing is submitted, signed or collected on your behalf.
- A guarantee of any outcome with a government office, landlord or provider.
How it works
- Send your arrival date, up to 5 questions, and the days and times that suit you.
- Within 2 working days you get a reply: whether the call can be taken on, and a fixed price.
- Only if you agree to that price is a time booked. Nothing is charged before that.
- You have the 45-minute call, then receive the written answer sheet with official links and our guides.

Your questions and contact details are used only to arrange the call and write your answer sheet, and are not shared with anyone. See the privacy page.
Limits
- Up to 5 questions per call. Longer lists need a second call.
- Answers cover orientation: who to ask, where to go, which papers. For anything with legal, tax, medical or financial consequences, talk to a licensed professional.
